1. Service Overview and Scope

The Service provides URL content conversion and information extraction, including but not limited to: outputs for Markdown/HTML/Text/JSON/XML; PDF/image rendering export; meta tags, heading structure and link extraction; AI webpage summarization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You should have full legal capacity to independently assume relevant responsibilities.
  • The Service can be used without registration; if accounts are introduced in future, you are responsible for account security and usage.

3. Lawful and Compliant Use

  • Ensure you have lawful access and processing rights for input URLs and related content, and comply with target site policies and robots rules.
  • Do not use the Service for illegal or infringing activities, including privacy, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or other rights violations.
  • Do not bypass access restrictions, perform excessive crawling, destructive requests, or any behavior that may affect site stability.
  • Do not distribute malicious code, spam, or engage in attacks or vulnerability scanning.
  • Do not use the Service to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, misleading, or disorderly content.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service provides technical conversion and extraction only. You are responsible for the use, compliance, and copyright of inputs and outputs. Use results in compliance with applicable laws and target site policies.

5. API and Rate Limiting

  • To ensure stability, APIs implement reasonable rate limits and anti‑abuse mechanisms.
  • When rate limits are triggered, appropriate error codes (e.g., 429 rate_limited) are returned. Plan request frequency accordingly.

6. Output Quality and Limitations

  • For client‑rendered pages, results may differ from actual display or be incomplete.
  • Image/PDF rendering may fail or be limited due to dynamic loading, access restrictions, or blocked resources.
  • AI summaries are automatically generated and are for reference only; accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.

7. Privacy and Data

We do not persist input URLs or converted results; they are cleared after processing. Error logs are used for troubleshooting and do not include identifiable converted article text. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Fees and Commercial Use

The Service is currently free. If fees or commercial terms are introduced in the future, we will notify users prominently and update these Terms.

9. Service Changes, Availability, and Termination

  • We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
  • We do not guarantee availability at all times, locations, or devices, nor error‑free operation.
  • If abuse or violations are detected, we may restrict access or terminate usage.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed fees you actually paid (if any).

Using AI summarization or web rendering may invoke third‑party services. You understand and agree that their results and behavior are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

You must comply with local laws when using the Service in your jurisdiction. If a feature is restricted under local law, you should stop using that feature.
